RAINBOW EUCALYPTUS

The unique multi-hued bark is the most distinctive feature of the tree. Patches of outer bark are shed annually at different times, showing a bright green inner bark. This then darkens and matures to give blue, purple, orange and then maroon tones. The previous season’s bark peels off in strips to reveal a brightly colored new bark below. The peeling process results in vertical streaks of red, orange, green, blue and gray. The colors of the bark are not as intense outside the tree's native range.

Boojum tree

The peculiar distribution pattern of the mainland boojums has led Mexican botanists to conclude that they were probably transplanted to the mainland by the indigenous Seri people, who lived in this area and still live on communal property south of this location. The Seri name for this plant is cototaj [ˈkototax]. In Seri belief, touching this plant will cause strong winds to blow. Given this belief, the theory that the Seri people transplanted it is doubtful.

The Fouquieria columnaris trunk is up to 24 cm thick, with branches sticking out at right angles, all covered with small leaves1.5–4 cm long. They can grow to a height of 20 meters (almost 70 feet). The flowers bloom in summer and autumn; they occur in short racemes, and are creamy yellow with a honey smell.

Ginkgo biloba(Maidenhairs tree)

The maidenhair tree also known as ginkgo biloba is a type of species from the gmnosperms subdivision. This is a very rare tree because it is the only member in it's family and one of the four sections in gmnosperms its family name is ginkgoceae, the other species in this family being extinct. The maidenhair tree also produces some type of fruit that can be used in vitamins and medicine. The maidenhair trees native country  is china and fossil records have shown that there was once another species of ginkgo in this family ginkgo dissecta.

TUMBLE WEED

The tumble weed is a very peculiar plant as it has a great way to reproduce. Since it grow in deserts it rarely gets the water it needs; it will roll in the wind when it comes to a stop it will insert its roots in the ground , unless it finds water almost immediately it will contract and find water elsewhere. If it does find water it will flower leaving seeds on the ground for the wind to pick up and carry to rain.

The dragon blood tree

The dragon blood tree is a very unique tree by it's weird shape and where it grows, which is in the desert. The reason why this tree maintains this weird shape is because since it's habitat is in such a dry place it can not let any water go to waste. This trees strange shape acts like an umbrella so no water can go to waste, the way this tree does this is by the weird branches and shape this tree has it is able to store water for a long period and stops any water from going to waste with it's umbrella shape. This tree also has this weird and unique shape so it can protect its roots from the very hot sun. The way this tree got it's name was by the sap it produces which looks like dragon blood.

Bunya pine(araucaria bidwillii)

The bunya pine or scientific name araucaria bidwilli is overall a very unique tree. This tree is mostly very unique because of the factor that it has the biggest conifer cones(or pine cones) out of all the conifers, it's cones are also one of the most heaviest cones weighing up to 10 kilograms thats also how heavy a whole bag of rice is but these cones only fall once per 1-2 years. But the main reason it is so unique is the fact that it is indeed from the jurrassic period. with its sharp like leaves it is also classified to be one of the most dangerous trees in Australia.
